At the close we announce a Robinhood Chain block number in the future. When that block lands, its hash is the seed. Nobody can compute it in advance, and we cannot hold it back once it exists.

The full entry list is published before the block lands, and the script that sorts it is thirty lines. Anybody can run the draw again and get the same answer. That is the difference between a draw and a list of friends.

The 100 top referrers are taken out first, so they are guaranteed rather than lucky. Everything not claimed in the whitelist window rolls into the public mint.
